I have a question regarding ,pickticket enquiries. When searching eg:500077675, I have a urgent W230 customer pick up. I run wave,1 st wave run,then press top left hand corner header(which I can't remember off hand) then I tick first wave,tick 2 boxes then run.

Then I go to batch release, select all. W230 should print out in our transport dept, and the other part of this order prints in a SPL area. How can I get this wave to print on my transport dept printer only.So I can then be in control of my urgent orders.

Hi,

WMOS printing basicall depends upon print requestor set up if you want to reprint the pickslip or shipping labels. If the pick slip or shipping labels printed directly via wave then you need to check like in below:

1. Pick slip - printed via task creation, so check the relevant task under creation rule screen and check/change the print requestor and hit save button.

2. Shipping labels - printed via wave template (wave rule) screen, check the relevant rule.
