Load ID volume  (N/A)

Hi,

I have question and need your help to check possibility of issue that we found. We use Manhattan 2013vr.

We found some load ID (after run wave) have cartons that if we sum cartons volume linked to that load ID will exceed max load volume. Example, outb_load.max_vol from that load ID is 8.4 cbm. But, if we sum all cartons that linked to that Load ID, total is 8.99 cbm. All the carton are same (carton pick INT 51 pick from case pick, carton type same for all).

From that Load ID, I already checked ship via, carrier, trailler type, trailler size, also trailler equipment. In trailler equipment, trlr_equip.max_vol is 8.4 cbm and trlr_equip.max_wt is 4366 kilos. Other configuration also on carrier to make sure trailler capacity priority uom set as 'Volume': carr_hdr.trlr_cap_uom = Volume.

Any other possibility that we need to check why this happen ?

Thank you

Zul
