Not sure about their WMS in general as I am more familiar with Manhattan Associates products. Assuming High Jump uses a text based interface and a terminal emulator? If so, you can install an emulator app on an android (and probably iOS device as well).
If you are looking for cheaper options...we do have ruggedized android devices with scanner, touch screen and much cheaper than typical intermec and zebra options.
Note, HighJump makes some mention of supporting android and iPhone devices here: https://www.highjump.com/resources/pr.... But I didn't download it...seems like an add-on product that likely has limited functionality.
