Hi,

My company using Manhattan Square and I am very new to Manhattan WMS.

Would like to understand how Manhattan suggests available Active Locations for putaway via "FILL ACTIVE" RF function.

Scenario:

1. Active Locations are setup not to track LPN.
2. Batch and Product Status fields are used for inventories.
3. Mfg date is default to receiving date as inventories do not require mfg date capturing.

When LPNs of the same SKU, Batch and Prod Status are initiated to be putaway (one after another), Manhattan suggested different locations although capacity (volume and weight) of the first active location has yet to be reached.

Any idea what is causing this behaviour? Thanks.
