i'm new here and i'd like to ask about a specific issue (we're running Manhattan SCALE 2010 version 7.0.5).

Situation:

--> When loading an Customer Order, sometimes come out "System Stock-outs" situations. The "Wave" is simply generated without those out-of-stock lines.

--> Once doing picking process, due to disorder or mess at warehouse, we face some "Physical Stock-outs" situations: not detected by Manhattan, but detected physically by picker.

--> Right now both "System" an "Physical" stock-outs are registered just as "Unfulfilled units". To calculate Fillrate KPI, we need to download "Unfulfilled Report" from Manhattan and MANUALLY look for reasons or explanations of each line (example: "out-of-stock", "damaged product", "mistaken customer order",  "shipping error in previous order", "quarantine status", etc).

Question:

- ¿Is there any way in which we could raise "on line", real-time reasons for each stockout situation (line by line)?

- ¿Can that be done directly on RF Guns?

I've been looking at Manhattan's "Help Menu" for a while, but still can't find the answer.
