Can I have an item that is sold as a pack(bulk) and setup as such in WM. Can I also have that same item as an "each" item. in WM. Manhattan Ver 2002R1. If not in this version...is the option in newer versions. Hope I have explained this well enough for someone to answer.

So the business scenerio is like this. We sell all of are items as a case. A case of, lets say keys, and has 10 individual keys in it. The case, is one item(sku) and is setup as such. One customer and only one, would like to have that case delivered to them and remain our inventory until they sell the product individually.Then we would have to bill for each individual key out of the case that they sold.So the issue woul be having the ability to have that item(sku) setup as a full case and also a per item in the case, if that makes sense. Just a thought... can you define the individual item (in your example 'key') in item master with standard case quantity of 10... It will allow you to receive in cases, store in cases and ship in bulk as well... When individual pieces are needed, you can replenish the case inventory to active inventory...
