I have a client (e-commerce) who runs approx. 200 waves per day to meet cut/dispatch times.

They would like to "batch" replenishment tasks to consolidate smaller replenishment tasks into a single larger task.  Since the replenishment tasks are generated at waving, I'd imagine this would take significant modification, but curious if anyone has ever done something similar?

Yes, you can turn replenishment off with the wave (in the warehouse master), and then run it later using Trigger Wave Replenishment [PM53U0RP], which will allow you to then select all the prior waves that were run and do a batch replenishment for them.
