Hello,

 

I am looking for Manhattan WMoS suite functional product documentation.   Through this document, I want to understand what are the standard functionality of WMS suite.

 

Other popular product vendors - like SAP, Oracle provide user guides to their WMS modules?  Does Manhattan provides documentation?  If yes Can you please point me to the place where I can access  it?

Hi,

We've been using Manhattan since 2005 and have repeatedly asked for their base functional documents, but they will not relinquish them.

We had them make a Functional Flow document specific for our version, including details of MODS, along with the help documents available in the application, this is the best we have...and I assume the best we'll ever have.

They have their AIM documentation which is ok to describe the base functionality. They only give it to you if you have the software license. It is not openly available.
